Type locality: 120 m from Gua Bayu, Kelantan, Peninsular Malaysia (05°05.650 N, 102°13.265 E).
Holotype: ZRC 2.6759, adult male.
Paratypes: ZRC 2.6760 & LSUHC 9073 = males. ZRC 2.6761 = female.
