Nomenclator Zoologicus
Mauroniscus is a genus of beetles in the family Mauroniscidae, historically included in the family Melyridae. The ten known species of this genus are found in South America in the countries of Argentina, Bolivia, Chile, Columbia, Ecuador, and Peru.[1]
