Cladus: Eukaryota Name Pedinomonadaceae In taxonomy, the Pedinomonadaceae are a family of algae.[1] They are small (less than 3 µm) single-celled algae. Each cell has a single flagellum. It has been proposed to be either in the Mamiellales or the Ulvophyceae, but it has not been studied enough to confidently place it.[2] 1. ^ See the NCBI webpage on Pedinomonadaceae.
