Johannes Hans Daniel Jensen
Johannes Hans Daniel Jensen (June 25, 1907 February 11, 1973) was a German physicist who shared half of the 1963 Nobel Prize for Physics with Maria Goeppert-Mayer for their proposal of the shell nuclear model. (The remaining half of the prize was awarded to Eugene Wigner for unrelated work.)
What can we do for you he was asked by a German politician. His answer was to give one student from Irak the German Nationality who was expelled from his country. And his wish was realized by the politician.
