Coris nigrotaenia Mee & Hare, 1995

Holotype: CAS 73319. [Paratypes: BPBM 34503 (1), 36183 (1); CAS 82187 (1); USNM 329442 (1)].

Type locality: "Caught near Muscat" [but probably central or southern Oman], Muttrah fish market, Oman.
