Otopharynx lithobates Oliver, 1989

Holotype: BMNH 1974.7.5.1. [Paratypes: BMNH 1974.7.5.2-3 (2); plus 48 additional paratypes to be deposted in BMNH and USNM].

Type locality: Thumbi Island West, Lake Malawi [Lake Nyasa], southeastern Africa.

Otopharynx lithobates is a species of fish in the Cichlidae family. It is endemic to the islands of Cape MaClear National Park in southern Lake Malawi.
