The Mantled Hawk (Leucopternis polionotus) is a species of bird of prey in the Accipitridae family.

It is found in Brazil, Paraguay, and Uruguay. Its natural habitat is subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests. It is becoming rare due to habitat loss.
