Name

Dendropsophus elianeae (Napoli & Caramaschi, 2000)

Type locality: "Bela Vista (ca. 22° 06´ S, 56° 31´ W), 180 m above sea level, State of Mato Gross do Sul, Brazil".

Holotype: MNRJ 17297.

Dendropsophus elianeae is a species of frog in the Hylidae family. It is found in Brazil and possibly Paraguay. Its natural habitats are moist savanna, subtropical or tropical moist shrubland, freshwater marshes, and intermittent freshwater marches. It is threatened by habitat loss.
