Type locality: Turkey, Hakkari, Altin Daglari O-Seite, Suvarihalil Gecidi, 2400 m, 40 km WSW Hakkari, 37°30’N; 43°20’E.

Dyspessa artemis is a moth in the family Cossidae. It was described by Yakovlev in 2008. It is found in Turkey.

The length of the forewings is 10-11.5 mm. The forewings are yellow with three to round light-brown spots. The hindwings are brown, with a light-yellow base.[1]
